Resolution of disputes in the field of environment protection

Disputes in the field of environment protection between enterprises, establishments, organizations and citizens are resolved by the local state administrations and local governments, the state bodies of environment protection in accordance with procedures established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. The disputes which do not belong to their competence are resolved by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic or by a court.

    Interstate disputes in the field of environment protection are resolved according to the norms of international law.
